GoboLED 80 D Award Winner

The Architectural SSL Product Innovation Awards also recognize leaders in categories ranging from those conducting cutting-edge R+D, to those helping in the development of standards, to those pushing to make solid-state lighting a truly sustainable technology. Each entry in the annual competition is evaluated on its merit by a panel of peer professionals representing lighting design, lighting sales and distribution, architecture and design, and lighting publishing. One of the jury’s remarks on GoboLED 80 D unveiled the product’s real essence: "A great product for bringing artistic vision to life.”

GoboLED 80 D visually redefines architecture with fixing or rotating displays of patterns to enhance or create visual interest. It is also useful to generate visuals for branding or to project logos for hospitality or themed entertainment venues using dichroic or metal gobos and a single high power LED. An internal accessory holder accommodates a second gobo and expands versatility beyond simple static or rotating displays, by providing designers the ability to produce the abstract appearance of water, fire or other kinetic images.
